Responsibilities:
The position is actually two job titles in one. First I run the day to day
operation of the receiving department. Handle all incoming freight, book
all deliveries with individual vendor and carriers as well as THD
shipments. I have 3 associate in the receiving department as well as
coordinating with the night crew for product placement. I am responsible
for scheduling and monthly training of my associates. I keep track of and
prepare daily performance and inventory reports, as well as weekly reports
for the weekly managers meetings. There are many other responsibilities
that come with this position that I can explain in further detail upon
request.
RTV clerk, I am
responsible for handling all product returned to the store with manufacture
defects, customer abuse or any reason a product is returned. My
responsibility is to determine if we can return the item to the sales
floor, destroy the item and take the financial loss or process the item for
a return good authorization from the vendor. Once I make that
determination I process and contact vendors fur RGA credits. This process
makes the store thousands of dollars and is closely monitored by myself as
the only RTV clerk, Daily reports are completed as well as weekly reports
for managers meetings. I also deal with the shipping and receiving of out
for repair equipment from our tool rental department. Again there are many
aspects to the RTV position that I can further explain upon request.
It’s also my
responsibility to maintain accuracy of store owned merchandise that is
damaged to insure proper markdown is being taken.

Hired by the
company to run the school lunch portion of the freezer. Duties included
handling the incoming and outgoing freight by way of forklift order
selecting, product placement (location), Product rotation, and inventory. I
was re certified for forklift operation after taking the job. Also worked
on a forklift in the larger freezer pulling, and locating incoming &
outgoing freight.

Duties included
running the day to day operation of the office and shop. Handling all
incoming work and scheduling service technician’s daily routs. Also dealing
with contract company's on warranty coverage and ordering replacement parts
to be installed for customer repair, plus parts ordering. I handled
billing and scheduling using a computer program called swiftlink, And
Assurant company website. Also was responsible for in store products both
for sale and display in the show room. Handled all phases of running the
business as the assistant to the owner. From time to time filled in as a
service tech to help with busy season. Handled appliance repair on products
such as washing machines and dryers, electric and gas ranges, microwave
ovens and air conditioners.

operation of the warehouse as a working manager. Daily reporting to
management of logs, invoices, production, inventory and quality control.
Hiring of all warehouse personal. Scheduling of all incoming and outgoing
freight. Keeping warehouse in OSHA standards daily. Other duties included
sit down & high lift forklift operation, order processing, picking,
shipping & receiving of all freight, Fed EX & UPS incoming and
outgoing deliveries, and maintaining and running the warehouse during peak
hours of operation. Responsible for time sheets, load sheets and equipment
safety checklists. Working closely with others to insure proper product
shipment, and placement throughout the
warehouse.
